Ingredients:
- 500g arugula
- 150g desiccated coconut
- 1 lime
- 1 red onion
- ½ tsp Nivartana black pepper
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
1. Wash the arugula thoroughly to remove any impurities and gently pat dry with a kitchen towel.
2. Finely chop the arugula and place it in a bowl. Cut the desiccated coconut and the red onion into thin rings or cubes and add them to the bowl.
3. Squeeze the juice from the lime and add it to the bowl along with the black pepper and salt.
4. Mix everything well to ensure the flavors are evenly distributed, and then enjoy immediately.
