🥛 Golden Milk Recipe
Ingredients

1 cup milk (or plant-based milk such as almond, coconut, or oat milk)

½ tsp Ceylon Curcuma (Turmeric) Powder
(Note: due to its higher curcumin content, a smaller quantity is recommended) -
½ tsp Ceylon Cinnamon Powder

1 pinch Black Pepper (added at the end)

1–2 Cardamom pods, gently crushed

1 small piece of Mace (optional)

Honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions

In a small saucepan, gently heat the milk over low to medium heat.

Add the turmeric powder and cinnamon powder to the milk and stir well.

Lightly crush the cardamom pods and add them to the saucepan along with mace (if using).

Allow the mixture to simmer gently for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and add a pinch of black pepper to enhance turmeric absorption.

Strain the Golden Milk into a cup.
